Sarah and Peter and the team at Pilgrims have looked after our property for 4 years while we were in Singapore. During that time, they have provided a very personalised, responsive service with great attention to detail. Even when we had quite a challenging situation which could have escalated into a bigger issue, they remained calm and professional and helped us find a solution that kept all parties happy. Communication was excellent - even though we were in Singapore we were kept fully up-to-date by e-mail with photos where necessary. Accounting was clear and detailed and error-free with rental income paid over promptly each month. Maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and without fuss and the house was returned to us in fantastic condition. I would highly recommend
