During that time, they have provided a very personalised, responsive service with great attention to detail. Even when we had quite a challenging situation which could have escalated into a bigger issue, they remained calm and professional and helped us find a solution that kept all parties happy. Communication was excellent - even though we were in Singapore we were kept fully up-to-date by e-mail with photos where necessary. Accounting was clear and detailed and error-free with rental income paid over promptly each month. Pilgrims managed our property when we were on international assignment for nearly 4 years. During this time Pilgrims had some difficult challenges to deal with including demanding tenants and a complete roof replacement whilst the tenants were in the house. Pilgrims managed the rental of our house very professionally sorting our any problems quickly and in a cost effective manner. We have rented a property with a national agency before, but the personal approach from Pilgrims was much better than the larger agencies.

Peter, Sarah and Sue have been taking care of my flat for more years than I care to remember and have never been anything other than excellent in all aspects. All tenants have been superb and whenever one departs another fully vetted one is soon provided.
